This webinar will take place early in the autumn term and is aimed at SLT members with a limited background in MFL teaching who will be line managing heads of MFL during 2026-27. The main objective of this session is to ensure that line managers are aware of the key ingredients required to lead a successful languages department. This will enable them to support and challenge subject leaders in the delivery of a successful MFL curriculum in their context.
