Secondary MFL Line Manager (Webinar) 25-26

Keyword Search: MFL Manager
This webinar is aimed at SLT members with a limited background in MFL teaching who will be line managing heads of MFL during 2025-6. The main objective of this session is to ensure that line managers are aware of the key ingredients required to lead a successful languages department. This will enable them to support and challenge subject leaders in the delivery of a successful MFL curriculum in their context.

Deepen understanding of subject specific pedagogy and knowledge that underpins good progress and attainment for ALL pupils.

Facilitate school to school networking and develop strength across the system.

Enhancing subject leadership.

Structuring Key Stage 4 to ensure pupils are well prepared for the next phase of their education.

Ensuring all pupils, including the most vulnerable (SEN and PP) are able to make excellent progress.
